Undercover Engines

As the Rebel Mechanical Alliance’s convoy approached Adelaide, Lucky, Ben and Han devised their daring rescue plan. With the knowledge that the Dark Vehicle Inspector’s superweapon was hidden within a car workshop, they knew they had to act swiftly and stealthily.

“We need to find Leah and disarm the weapon,” Ben stated, his voice firm.

Han, ever the skilled driver, navigated the Falcon Wagon through the busy streets of Adelaide with ease. They managed to reach the heavily guarded workshop. Han, with his quick thinking, lowered his sunglasses and spoke to the guard.

“We’re here for a log book service appointment in Adelaide,” Han said confidently, “Our vehicle is due for an inspection.”

The guard looked at them suspiciously but, after checking his records, ushered them inside. Inside the workshop, the sight was overwhelming. A massive, intimidating machine took up most of the space, its countless cables and pipes snaking across the floor.

Lucky, in awe, whispered to Ben. “We have to find Leah.”

As they moved through the workshop, they encountered a few mechanics who seemed to be under the control of the Dark Vehicle Inspector. They kept their heads down, pretending to be absorbed in their task.

“Excuse me,” Ben said to one of the mechanics, “We need an urgent car water pump replacement. Can you direct us to the parts department?”

The mechanic, who seemed to be in a daze, pointed them down a corridor.

They quickly moved through the corridor and stumbled upon a room where they found Leah, seemingly working on stealing a blueprint of the superweapon. She looked up at the motley group. “Took you long enough.”

“We need to get out of here,” Ben said, as the sound of footsteps echoed closer.

Suddenly, the chilling voice of the Dark Vehicle Inspector boomed through the workshop. He stood at the end of the corridor, his dark overalls and imposing figure blocking their path.

“Ben Spannerobi,” the Dark Vehicle Inspector hissed. “We meet again. When I left you, I was but a learner driver. Now, I am the Master Mechanic.”

Ben stepped forward, his trusty wrench in hand, which seemed to glow with an otherworldly light. “Only a master of evil, Dark,” he declared firmly. “Let’s finish this – for good.”
